Top Tennis Player Jannik Sinner Withdraws From The Paris Olympics

Due to tonsillitis, top tennis player Jannik Sinner has withdrawn from the Olympics in Paris.

Sinner made his choice based on medical advice when problems persisted after waiting an extra day after training in Monaco.

Sinner acknowledged that he was sorry to miss the occasion but underlined that healing must come first.

He wanted to return stronger and sent his best wishes to Team Italy.

Sinner has experienced a number of injuries this season,

despite winning his maiden Grand Slam at the Australian Open this year.
